Auntie Tian 田阿姨
Having lived in Hong Kong for many years, Auntie Tian knows the true meaning of the service industry - no matter how unhappy you feel, you still have to put on a warm smile for customers.
Eight years ago, Aunt Tian from Guizhou left Shenzhen, her usual residence, and came to Hong Kong, a strange metropolis, to start a new life. “I remember when I first came to Hong Kong, everything was so novel and uncomfortable” Busy cities, high prices, and language barriers all make Auntie miss the familiar life in mainland China. But for the future of her 2 daughters, the aunt has no choice but to slowly adapt to life here. In order to survive in a foreign land, Auntie realized that life is not easy. However, even so, she kept smiling, showing her enthusiasm and smile for the residents
The eldest daughter is now 30 years old and finally got married recently. As a mother, Aunt Tian is pleased for her eldest daughter. The eldest daughter and her husband, who have just entered the society, are now preparing to buy a house and settle down, which is very stressful for young people who have just entered the society. Although the eldest daughter has her own income, she faces heavy pressure on down payment and mortgage. The youngest daughter is now 20 years old and is currently admitted to an education university in Hong Kong preparing to become a teacher. Education is a bright career, but before that, the high tuition fees also need to be shared by aunts. In order to help her daughters complete their big goals of buying a house and studying as soon as possible, Aunt Tian took up a part-time job as a security guard to help with the housing supply, fulfilling the responsibilities of a mother.
Aunt Tian feels gratified and proud to see that both daughters have found their own directions in life. Although life is still difficult, Auntie believes that as long as she works hard, life will become better one day. She will continue to do her best in her security position and serve every customer with the most optimistic attitude. Because Aunt Tian knows very well that only by treating others with respect and kindness can life have hope.

大女儿如今已经30岁,最近终于结婚了。作为母亲,田阿姨为大女儿感到欣慰。刚踏入社会的大女儿和丈夫现在正准备购房安家, 而这对初出社会的年轻人来说压力非常大。虽然大女儿有自己的收入,但首付和按揭压力重大。小女儿现年20岁，如今考上香港的一个教育大学准备当老师。教育是光明的事业,可是在此之前，高昂的学费也需要阿姨来分担。为了帮助女儿们早日完成买房和学业的大目标,田阿姨兼职起了保安的工作帮忙供房,尽了一个母亲的责任。
看到两个女儿都找到各自的人生方向,田阿姨感到欣慰和自豪。生活虽然依然艰辛,但阿姨相信只要努力奋斗,总有一天生活会变得更美好。她会继续在保安工作岗位上尽己所能,以最乐观的心态服务每一位顾客。因为田阿姨深知,只有尊重和友善待人,生活才会有希望。
