Mr Huang 黄先生
I started cooking chestnuts this since I was a child, and began learning from my master at thirteen. I'm here every day and I don't feel tired because I'm used to it. The neighbors here are all familiar with me, some may call me foolish, but I don't mind. I insist on charging the original price, I won't raise the price because I have to consider the residents here. Some young people can come and pick up things on their own, I think the most important thing is to speak with a good tone. This line of work requires physical strength, so I eat more to keep my body healthy. A few days ago, three female graduate students from a university came to interview me, they were very serious, and I answered their questions as best as I could. In the past, many students have interviewed me, and I would answer them to the best of my knowledge. I work from 10 to 20 every day, this schedule is not a problem for me. This line of work requires perseverance and patience, I will insist on continuing.
我細個就開始煮板栗，十三歲就跟師傅學。每日我都喺度，唔會覺得辛苦，因為已經習慣。呢度嘅街坊都好熟我，有啲人會話我傻，但我唔介意。我堅持原價，唔會加價，因為要顧及呢度嘅居民。有啲年輕人可以自己嚟拎嘢，我覺得最重要嘅係講嘢嘅口氣要好。呢行要有體力，所以我都會食多啲，保持身體健康。之前，有三個大學嘅女研究生嚟採訪我，佢哋好認真，我都有好好答佢哋嘅問題。以前都有唔少學生嚟採訪過我，我都會盡我所知答佢哋。我每日工作10到20點，呢個時間對我嚟講唔係問題。呢行要有毅力同埋耐性，我會堅持做落去。
